【摘要】 目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。 方法 分析44例临床明确诊断的结节性甲状腺肿患者89个结节的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。结果 等回声或低回声结节12个,无回声结节11个,混合性回声结节66个,25个结节内可见到稍增多的点线状血流信号。结论 结节性甲状腺肿的超声图像有一定的特异性,在诊断与鉴别诊断上具有重要价值。

    Diagnostic value in nontoxic nodular goiter with ultrasonography

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of 2 dimensional(2D)and color doppler uitrasonography in the diagnosis of nontoxic modular goiter.Methods In 44 patients with nodular goiter, 89nodules were evaluated by highresolution sonography and color Doppler sonography.Results Of the 89 nodules,12 had homoechoic or hypoechoic texture,11 had anechoic texture ,66 had mixedechoic texture,twentyfive nodules showed increasing intranodular blood flow.Conclusion Sonogram of nontoxic nodular goiter has some specificities. Ultrasonography has high advantages in diagnosing and differential diagnosing nontoxic nodular goiter. ......
